The Twins played in an exciting game yesterday, but I expect the Yankees to eat them alive.
Angels vs Red Sox – Red Sox in 5.
The Sox have better hitting and better pitching.
Phillies vs Rockies – Phillies in 4.
Lee and Hamels are too much for the Rockies to handle, as long as Lidge doesn’t blow it.
Dodgers vs Cardinals – Cardinals in 5.
The Dodgers have a great team, but St. Louis’ duel aces – Wainwright and Carpenter – prove the difference.
* Written before the opening games, but posted after Lee pitched an impressive shutout for the Phillies.
